The NFL offseason has entered yet another stage.
We ve gone through the frenzy of free agency. The drama of the NFL draft. The revelry of rookie minicamp (OK, that one was a stretch). And now it s time for the outstandingness of organized team activities.
And…I broke alliteration.
Kidding aside, it s an important time for NFL teams: The first gathering of new arrivals and old standbys. For rookie players, it s the first opportunity to interact on the practice field with their veteran counterparts. For new coaches, it s the first chance to install new schemes and put their stamp on a franchise.

Assuming Aaron Rodgers remains with the Green Bay Packers, arguably the most anticipated game of the 2021 NFL season will reportedly take place in Week 9.
Per B/R s Master Tesfatsion, the Packers are expected to play the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium.
The Packers-Chiefs matchup was among the games added to the schedule thanks to the formula adopted by the NFL when the league approved a 17-game regular season.
Rodgers future in Green Bay has become a great uncertainty. ESPN s Adam Schefter reported on April 29 that the three-time NFL MVP had informed some members of the organization that he doesn t want to play for the Packers anymore.
One story is dominating the NFL news cycle. It isn't the recently completed draft's effect on the league's balance of power. Or a prominent free agent searching for a new home.

Green Bay Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst is sending a public message to Aaron Rodgers: He is not trading the disgruntled quarterback.
Sports Illustrated, doubling down on comments made during the 2021 NFL draft regarding Rodgers trade request. I had no [trade] discussions with any team. I received one call from a team Thursday night, after all the news came out. I said no. That was the end of the conversation, Gutekunst told King.
Rodgers has been pushing for a trade behind the scenes since the Packers NFC Championship Game loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Yes, we were surprised by it. But at the same time, we re very committed to working through all the things we need to get this thing righted with him and get him back as our quarterback, Gutekunst told Breer.
