Doric Nimrod Air Two Limited ( DNA2 or the Company ) is a Guernsey company incorporated on 31 January 2011. Pursuant to the Company s prospectus dated 30 June 2011, the Company, on 14 July 2011, raised approximately £136 million by the issue of 72,500,000 ordinary preference shares (the Placing ). The nominal value of the issued shares was 200 pence per share. The Company s ordinary preference shares were admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment ( SFS ) of the London Stock Exchange s Main Market on 14 July 2011.
