Mayor Mike Duggan and Gov. Gretchen Whitmer are expected to provide an update to the state s flooding response at 3:30 p.m. in Detroit.
Whitmer is expected to tour flooding areas and assess flood damage. She is expected to be joined by emergency response coordinators from the Michigan State Police to ensure that resources are directed to areas of greatest need, a new release said.
