Philippines urged to seek help of allies vs China s bullying

By JOVILAND RITA, GMA News Published April 9, 2021 5:27pm The Philippines should look to friendly foreign governments willing to lend a hand in asserting the country s rights in the West Philippine Sea, the Advocates for National Interest (ANI) said. In celebration of the Day of Valor on Friday, the group called on Filipinos to defend their sovereign rights amid China’s supposed bullying in the West Philippine Sea (WPS). ANI, which has retired generals among its members, said the Philippines should leverage the opportunity that “we have friends and allies who believe in our cause and who will stand with us.”
