It’s the government’s fault because they haven’t regulated the packer

Some people can do this all day long. Jim goes on in that speech to point out that by the time we blame everything we have and declare it’s no good we have nothing left.
One-Pay Lease Valuable But Little-Used Sales Tool The one-pay lease is a way to purchase a vehicle by writing the dealership a check for the total of payments on a 36-month, single-payment lease. At the end of the 36 months, the customer can choose to renew the lease, turn in the vehicle or buy it outright.
A recent F&I Master’s class taught me about having a conversation with purpose. Since we are having a conversation, let’s make it count – especially if you are working in a high-line dealership catering to affluent customers with higher credit scores.
Many business managers forget, or aren’t familiar with, a seldom-used sales tool: the one-pay lease. In some countries people have turned a deaf ear to the appeals of government agencies to follow safe healthcare practices and social distancing norms. In others, people are protesting against lockdown.
It is very improper to show indiscipline and strange behaviour in such challenging times. We are all fighting against an invisible enemy. In such uncertain times, we should respect and accept all the rules of whichever country we live in. Remember: discipline makes a nation great.
It is clear you cannot give what you do not have, so I think we must make it a point to work on being excellent humans, to strive for values with excellence. (Unsplash/Vivek Kumar)
One morning during the first week of the COVID-19 lockdown, I went for a stroll in my neighborhood and met two teenage girls at their gate. I greeted them. It stunned me that the girls remained unresponsive and just stared at me. I thought neither of them had heard me, so I greeted them a second time and there was still silence.
Rather than getting annoyed with the children, I sympathized with their parents and any parent rearing a teenaged child! I am still searching for the answer to the question, When did children stop being children?
