SEBASTIAN The city will spend $700,000 to develop a new master plan to manage its stormwater.
Arcadis U.S., of Orlando, will develop the master plan, which will review the city’s stormwater collection system and make recommendations for capital improvements over the next 10 years.
The City Council approved a consultant contract with Arcadis Wednesday.
“It’s a program that’s going to be a living document, explained City Manager Paul Carlisle. “It’s not going to be a book that sits on a shelf. It’s something that’s going to plan out over the next 10 years, prioritize projects and help us with funding.”
