That intriguing phrase was chosen to convey many things all at once especially movement, flexibility, seemingly constant change, and a certain ambitious tone.
Indeed, while every business plan is fluid and most are written in pencil figuratively speaking, anyway this one has been altered countless times since it was first drafted more than eight years ago, and the new lines on the page reflect why Ruiz, the company’s president, and the entire leadership team at this East Longmeadow-based venture have been named Top Entrepreneur for 2020 by BusinessWest.

A development team led by four brothers who run a Mattapan car wash aired their proposal to construct a four-story, mixed-use building on a vacant lot at 1471 Blue Hill Ave. during a virtual meeting of the Woodhaven Culbert Regis Neighborhood Association on Monday.
The proposal includes 34 residential rental units, four of which would be income-restricted in compliance with the city’s Inclusionary Development Policy (IDP,) 28 off-street and 3 commercial parking spaces.
The half-acre project site is currently owned by members of the Fernandez family Daniel, Jose, Caña, and Juan Carlos Fernandez and a partner, Jim Brennan.

SAN FRANCISCO (KPIX) – Rents continue to fall and disproportionately impact the San Francisco Bay Area housing market, according to a new study. Analysts at AdvisorSmith found that ten of the top 25 cities in the U.S. where rents are falling the most, are in the Bay Area, as compared year-to-year.
San Francisco is number 4 in the nation, after Odessa, TX (1); Midland, TX (2); and Williston, North Dakota (3).
Other Bay Area communities include Mountain View (5), Sunnyvale (6), Redwood City (8), San Mateo (11), Oakland (15) and San Jose (19).

It s a wee bit of history, this place. It s been a chippie since 1976. There s loads of things been filmed here: Rihanna, Derry Girls. it s a well-known place. When Rihanna came here, they shut down the whole street and she filmed part of the music video in the shop, dancing on the tables and all. For weeks afterwards young fans were coming in asking if they could get a picture on the table Rihanna danced on. That was great. We actually did 70 fish suppers for her and her entire crew that day.
