Bengaluru, May 22 : India men s hockey team midfielder Jaskaran Singh says his on-field coordination with Mandeep Singh and skipper Manpreet Singh is because they have been playing together for a long time.
India s sturdy midfield and its coordination with the forward-line has been one of the main reasons for the team s good showing during the tour of Europe in March and the FIH Pro Hockey League matches against reigning Olympic champions Argentina in April.
India defeated Argentina in both the Pro League matches, while also winning two of the four practice games in Buenos Aires.

The city police have arrested three more members of the robbers’ gang busted by the local police around a week ago. With their arrest, the police managed to crack 12 more robbery cases occurred in Amritsar and its adjoining areas.
Those arrested were identified as Manjit Singh Mota, Suraj and Harpreet Singh. The police seized sharp weapons, two mobile phones and two bikes from their possession.
Harpal Singh, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, said that raids were on to nab their three more accomplices including Sandeep Gattu, Lavish Mallli and Prince.
Earlier, the police had nabbed Vishal Kumar, alias Bhaiya of Fatehgarh Churian Road, Akshay Kumar, Jobanjit Singh and Ranjodh Singh, Jaspinder Singh, alias Baba, and Jaskaran Singh, alias Jass. Aam Aadmi Party MLAs on Monday staged a march towards Punjab Chief Minister Amrinder Singh’s official residence here, demanding action against the accused in ‘Behbal Kalan sacrilege and Kotkapura police firing case of 2015’.
‘Justice denied’
The AAP workers, led by the leader of Opposition in the Punjab Assembly, Harpal Singh Cheema, staged the demonstration against the ruling government, accusing it of denying justice to the families of victims of the Behbal Kalan sacrilege case of holy Sikh books and Kotkapura police firing case, which happened in 2015.
