WAVERLY - Attorneys of George Wagner IV, one of those accused of the murder of eight members of the Rhoden family five years ago, asked the Pike County Court of Common Pleas for 30 days to step back and reassess, in light of recent events.
Wagner, who appeared in court Wednesday, is charged with eight counts of murder for his alleged involvement in the murders, among 22 felony counts.
