SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police and Crime Stoppers have released surveillance footage of two cars that they say were involved in a shooting that killed an Army veteran last week.
Bernard Terry, 27, suffered a gunshot wound to the head around 3:30 a.m. Dec. 13 in the 17400 block of Judson Road near George Cooper Street.
His family told KSAT that he was gunned down while on his way home. Officers responded to the scene and found his car stopped in the middle of the street, riddled with bullet holes.

Steven Cavazos – The family of 27-year-old Bernard Terry never imagined his life would end so soon.
His wife, Brittany, said they met while serving in the military. She said his family referred to him as “Bear” and that he “loved to help others”.
Brittany said they moved to San Antonio for a new beginning with their 5-year-old daughter.
“Now that he is gone you have to prepare life without him, so that’s hard,” she said.

San Antonio homicide investigators are working to solve the murder of a man found in a bullet-riddled car in the middle of a Northeast Side street. (KSAT)
SAN ANTONIO – A man found dead inside a bullet-riddled car on a Northeast Side street has been identified by the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Authorities said Bernard Allen Terry, 27, suffered a gunshot wound to the head around 3:30 a.m. Sunday on Judson Road near George Cooper Street. His manner of death is homicide, the office said.
