After last year’s successful free adult haircut event, the Salvation Army and students at the Josef’s School of Hair Design came out to lift people’s spirits with fresh cuts.
“Folks are still really struggling with all the dynamics of post covid life, but just the whole idea of when you get a free haircut it just makes you feel better,” Salvation Army Corps Officer Maj. Jerry O’Neil said.

“We kind of look at ourselves as the caretakers of the caretakers where we try to facilitate for the actual caretakers that do one on one patient care. So that they can give that best care possible,” Sanford Health Lead Maintenance Mechanic, Josh Ulschmid said.

“We had an impact, we provided a safer environment, a cleaner environment and I think that’s important for anybody’s moral when you walk into a clean place as opposed to one that’s not so clean. So, I think we played an important role,” Sanford Health Environmental Services Lead, Regina Bennett said.

MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR) The parents of Zachary and Connor Kvalvog, who died in a pickup crash on I-94 in 2015, are talking about their lawsuit allegations against Minnesota State Patrol and Park Christian School.
“Zach’s not here… and they know the truth, the people on the other side… they’re pure evil,” Raymond Kvalvog said.
