Luke, a long established part of the UK s country scene, who spent many years touring all over the UK either with his band or solo has an extensive back catalogue of self-penned songs and has released several albums. He is delighted to learn his track, Flying High, from his latest album, Strait Home, has been included in the new Mel Gibson movie, Fatman, which was released on DVD on Monday last week.

Selectmen voted to approve a shared use of Benson Brook Transfer Station with Rochester for the purposes of disposal of excess trash at a Dec. 15 meeting.
MARION Rochester will have a new home for its excess garbage come the new year.
Selectmen voted to approve a shared use of Benson Brook Transfer Station with Rochester for the purposes of disposal of excess trash at a Dec. 15 meeting.
“I think it’s a good way to work with Rochester,” Selectman John Waterman said. “We have a good relationship with them.”
Stickers allowing Rochester residents to use the transfer station will cost $50 dollars for seniors and $60 for other residents, $10 more than the Marion price. 600 stickers will be made available for Rochester residents.
