THE NUMBER OF residential units put forward for planning in the first three months of this year dropped by 29% compared to the same period in 2020.
That’s according to a new report from Deloitte, a professional services company, on planning for residential units.

Bernalillo County moved into the Turquoise level of restrictions about 24 hours before the Isotopes will play their first game in more than a year.
The Turquoise level of restrictions allows the park to fill up to 75% of capacity. It s just kind of dizzying how quickly things are changing, and we re doing our best to adapt, said John Traub, general manager of the Isotopes.
New Mexico United will play their first home game of the season May 15.
Peter Trevisani, owner of the team, is happy to welcome more people to watch the game. But he said safety will still be a priority.
