Sudbury s Ingrid Centurion and five others sue state over election results

The headline has been corrected to reflect that there are five plaintiffs. More than a month after the general election, five losing Republican candidates have filed suit against Massachusetts, claiming election fraud. The group includes Sudbury resident Ingrid Centurion, an Iraq War veteran who lost her bid for the 13th Middlesex District seat to incumbent state Rep. Carmine Gentile with 31% of the final vote. It s led by John Paul Moran, who unsuccessfully challenged Congressman Seth Moulton on the North Shore.  This is going to help every future candidate who runs, Centurion told the Daily News. Moran presented his case Tuesday at John Joseph Moakley United States Courthouse in Boston.
