MPAC to stage full series of drive-in summer concerts at historic farm
Yes, there will be outdoor concerts this summer in Morris County.
The Mayo Performing Arts Center this week announced that it will return to Fosterfields Living Historical Farm to stage a series of drive-in concerts between June and August.
In partnership with the Morris County Park Commission, the MPAC series will accommodate up to 175 cars to be spaced on the property, with social-distancing guidelines in effect. Prevailing New Jersey regulations for outdoor gatherings will determine whether patrons will be able to sit outside of their vehicles for each event.

Contemporary southern rockers the Allman Betts Band are placing their bets on getting back out on the road sooner than later, with an ambitious tour schedule starting this week.

Their website lists 60+ dates of festivals, support slots, and headlining shows stretching through October (this includes a summer “Spirit of the South” tour that pairs them with like-minded musicians and friends Blackberry Smoke). The third date will bring them to the Houston area at the Dosey Doe on February 2.
