Good morning, everyone. Glenn Schiffman here, and welcome to the IAC and ANGI Homeservices Fourth Quarter Earnings Call. Joining me today is Joey Levin, CEO of IAC and Chairman of ANGI Homeservices; also Brandon Ridenour, CEO of ANGI Homeservices; and Anjali Sud, CEO of Vimeo, who will be joining the call. Welcome, Anjali. Similar to last quarter, supplemental to our quarterly earnings releases, IAC has also published its quarterly shareholder letter. We will not be reading the shareholder letter on this call. It is currently available on the Investor Relations section of IAC s website. I will shortly turn the call over to Joey to make a few brief introductory remarks, and then we ll open it up to Q&A.

You might not see it in Amazon.com Inc.’s stock price today, down 2%, but the surprise appointment of Andy Jassy to replace founder Jeff Bezos as the tech giant’s new chief executive is getting positive reviews among investors and analysts across the globe.
Jassy, currently CEO of Amazon Web Services Inc., the company’s now massive cloud computing unit, will start his new job this summer as Bezos becomes what’s likely to be a very active executive chairman focused on special projects. Although fewer people know Jassy well, he commands respect from those who do as well as those who just know that he has built a $50 billion cloud giant in just 15 years.

So what will Amazon look like with Jassy installed in the CEO office? The short answer: It probably won’t be very different than it’s been under Bezos.
What’s important to realize is that Bezos isn’t leaving the company: He’s kicking himself upstairs, adopting the title of “executive chair,” and he’ll still be intimately involved in key strategic decisions at Amazon (which company insiders refer to as “one-way-door” decisions, i.e., major moves like buying Whole Foods or launching Prime Video).
