The judge handling the bitter divorce case between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie was ordered to step down on Friday (Jul 23) after Jolie complained that he was not impartial.

The custody case of former couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie has been altered up by a new verdict that disqualified previous judge, John Ouderkirk.
The 57 year old actor has lost the right of joint custody which was given to him by the previous judge.
According to details, John Ouderkirk was removed from the case by a three-judge panel, over violations of “his ethical obligations.”

People about Pitt, he was awarded with his children saying, “Brad believes there is overwhelming evidence that the current situation isn’t good for the kids. This just sets things back for everyone.”

Angelina Jolie scored a win in her legal battle with Brad Pitt on Friday as the private judge overseeing their divorce and custody matters was disqualified from the case.
Superstars Pitt and Jolie, who have six children and were once Hollywood’s highest profile couple, filed to dissolve their marriage in 2016 and have remained locked in a court battle since.
In May, the judge appointed to rule on their split who had also officiated their wedding in France in 2014 made a preliminary ruling to alter a custody order in favor of Pitt, who was seeking more access to the children.
