House Bill 200 would transfer authority over funds remaining from the Arizona Water Settlements Act of 2004 from the New Mexico Central Arizona Project (CAP) Entity to the state Water Trust Board (WTB). The $80 million remaining from the original federal allocation would be used for water projects in Grant, Catron, Hidalgo and Luna counties, but not for water diversion projects.

Lynette Wilma (Lynne) Sweet was born in Iowa on October 23, 1936 to James Edward Proffitt and Norma Margaret Schmidt.
She died peacefully at her home in Los Altos on June 19, 2020.
Lynne met and married John Sweet, the love of her life, in Iowa. They moved to Colorado before moving to California. When they arrived, they lived in Palo Alto and then settled in Los Altos. Los Altos Lynne loved living in Los Altos. She worked at the Stanford Graduate School of Business for many years. After she retired, she became a volunteer at Stanford Hospital [Pink Ladies] she loved taking pictures of newborn babies. Eventually she worked part time for the Stanford Athletic Department she loved everything Stanford sports! Go Trees!!
