The penalty phase of Jacob Holmes Jr.’s trial for murder in Easton is scheduled to conclude on Monday.
Jurors are set to convene Monday in Northampton County Court to decide whether Holmes should be sentenced to death in the 2009 shooting of Miguel Aponte.
