Austin Miller went for a season high 2.2 innings and allowed just two hits while Jack Dougherty finished the game off and came away with the loss (1-1).

OXFORD, Miss. - Ole Miss (31-12, 13-8 SEC) outshined South Carolina (26-15, 11-10 SEC) at Swayze Field in an all-day doubleheader on Saturday, taking a 7-3 win in Game 1 and a 6-4 victory in Game 2 to secure the series sweep.
Ole Miss earned its third SEC sweep of the season (Alabama and Auburn) and earned its highest-ranked series victory of the season over the No. 7 Gamecocks. The Rebels earned their first-ever series sweep over the Gamecocks and had last earned a series win over South Carolina in 2011.
Ole Miss dropped the series to LSU over the weekend, despite a dramatic game three comeback.
Derek Diamond took the mound on Thursday night in his first series start ever. Diamond was a late change to the position lineup after the usual starter, Gunnar Hoglund, was a late scratch due to arm soreness. He pitched 6.0 innings, allowing one earned run and only four hits.
Offensively all of the Rebels’ runs came from home runs. Jacob Gonzalez, Kevin Graham, and Hayden Leatherwood each had a home run in the first game. LSU scored three runs in the seventh inning, and Ole Miss was unable to come back. They lost the game 4-5.

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas â Jacob and Abbygail Gonzalez live on Gordon Street in Corpus Christi, saying their toilet and walls are leaking water and feces at their apartment.
Their toilet is wobbly, their sink clogs up, and they said the pipes have not been properly patched up.
The Gonzalez family said maintenance and a plumber told them the pipes in the apartment complex are connected, and they said they get backed up water from other units. They said because their toilet is baking up and leaking, they are having to resort to throwing away feces by hand into their backyard.
