Home and Away s Nikau Parata sparks concern on UK screens next week as he takes an unhealthy approach to his new modelling commitments.
Nikau (Kawakawa Fox-Reo) is determined to do his best after being taken on by the agency, but some alarming advice from fellow model Allegra Freeman sends him in a worrying direction.
Allegra (Laura McDonald) speaks to Nikau about the pressures of body image in the industry and explains that she uses an appetite suppressant in order to eat less.
Allegra gives Nikau a free sample of this, which is found by Bella Nixon (Courtney Miller) when she looks through his top pocket by chance. Nikau explains the situation, but insists that he has no intention of putting an unknown substance into his body.
When the day of the meeting arrives, John patiently waits for Susie while Leah and Stephen set up a lookout nearby.
Unfortunately for John, there s no sign of Susie and the trio later have to give up on the mission when it s clear that she s not coming.
Later, back at the Diner, John receives a text rebuking him for the subterfuge: I thought it was just going to be you and me .
John sends back an apology text and begs for another chance, but is he really talking to Susie or is there more to these messages than meets the eye?
