Reuters/File KARACHI: A man “suffering from some mental disorder” beat his elderly father to death in Khawaja Ajmer Nagri on Friday, police said. They said the suspect identified as Shahid in his early 30s used to stay mostly at home in Zarina Colony for the past couple of years. It is said that Shahid was suffering from “mental stress” due to unemployment and financial crisis. “His neighbours also recalled several incidents in which Shahid engaged in fights and argued with people,” said an official at the Khawaja Ajmer Nagri police station.
