NEW DELHI: The Pokémon Company has launched Pokémon Kids TV in India and other Asian countries, an English sister channel of the official Japanese Pokémon Youtube channel for kids. Pokémon Kids TV makes available videos ranging from Pokémon songs and nursery rhymes to educational content.
With a global viewership in mind, Pokémon Kids TV features English and non-verbal videos for children and parents of all cultures to enjoy. Future plans for the channel include adding videos tailored to specific countries and regions.

Next year, the Pokémon franchise will celebrate its 25th anniversary. And to kick things off, The Pokémon Company will put on a special stream on New Year s Eve from space.
You read that right: The Pokémon Company is teaming up with the International Space Station to bring a special stream from onboard the station. Trainers will be able to see the Earth and stars as the day shifts to January 1, 2021, in Japan.
It s also being teased that Pokémon will appear during the stream. What that means exactly is anyone s guess, but it s likely that the stream will have overlays of certain Pokémon that will appear using augmented reality (AR).
