Alberta recorded 811 new cases of COVID-19 in the province Sunday, bringing the total number of cases to 111,452.
The County of Vermilion River is reporting 10 active cases as of Monday morning. The municipal District of Wainwright is showing 7 active cases, while the County of St.Paul remains the highest in the area with 121 active cases.

Chief medical officer of health Dr. Deena Hinshaw said on Twitter that as of Saturday, 44,994 doses of vaccine have been administered in Alberta “giving a rate of 1,017.5 doses per 100,000 as we continue to ramp up immunization efforts.”
