Miya Ponsetto checked into her New Jersey hotel Saturday, wearing the same clothes she d been in all day - a purple crop top, black leggings, and a beanie
She spent around ten minutes in the hotel before going up to her room shortly before 9pm
Ponsetto is expected to fly home to California tomorrow after the judge ruled that she did not require bail
Earlier Saturday she was led out of NYPD s 1st Precinct ahead of her arraignment
