Police have urged the boyfriend of a British woman missing in the US Virgin Islands for nearly three months to begin cooperating fully with their investigation.
Sarm Heslop’s American boyfriend Ryan Bane has refused to allow police to search his boat, from where he says she disappeared in the early hours of March 8.

Southampton resident, Sarm Heslop, has not been seen since she went missing from her American boyfriend’s £500,000 catamaran in March. The 41-year-old was last seen off the coast of St John in the US Virgin Islands aboard the Siren Song on March 7, before she went missing in the early hours of the morning. Sarm was reported missing by her boyfriend Ryan Bane at 2:30am on March 8, prompting the coastguard and Virgin Islands Police Department to carry out an extensive search of the ocean and shoreline.

Friends of a British woman who vanished from a Caribbean yacht more than two months ago have offered a reward of up to $10,000 for information.
Sarm Heslop, 41, from Southampton, was reported missing by her boyfriend, Ryan Bane, from his boat off St John in the US Virgin Islands on 8 March.
UK friends hope the reward will persuade people with new information to come forward to local police.
Andrew Baldwin said: We will not pause until we get the answers we need.

Sarm Heslop, a British woman who was last seen on March 7 leaving a U.S. Virgin Islands bar with her American boyfriend Ryan Bane, has now been missing for 46 days.
Her friends are calling on Bane to step up and help investigators find her – and allow police to search the cabin of his 47-foot catamaran, the Siren Song. The boat hasn’t been searched, Heslop’s friend Vicky Mogridge-Percy noted during an appearance on the BBC Friday morning. And that, in line with U.S. laws, that can happen. We want the boat searched.
