Lawmakers backed the governor’s position during a closed-door meeting that was also joined by CUC executive director Alan Fletcher on Capital Hill.

In dismissing the appeal filed by the anonymous plaintiffs, the appellate court said it would be premature to reverse Munson s decision because it was not a final order or judgment. A review of the district court docket reflects that the district court s order challenged in this appeal did not dispose of the action as to all claims and all parties, the appellate court s August. 18 order stated.
