Sheridan PD Announce Promotions – Sheridan Media

The Sheridan Police Department announced Monday that four members of the department have earned promotion to the next rank. According to a media release from the PD, Sergeants James Hill and Danny Keller will be promoted to the rank of lieutenant. Upon promotion, Sergeant Hill will assume the command of the Support Services Bureau and Sergeant Keller will assume command of the Patrol Bureau. Corporal Jacob Board will be promoted to the rank of sergeant and will assume command of a patrol team. Officer Chase Phillip will be promoted to corporal and will assume first line leadership responsibilities on one of four patrol teams. A promotion ceremony will take place Friday at 3 pm in Council Chambers at Sheridan City Hall.

Here in Iowa, we were able to maintain services says IDOT Customer Services Bureau director Darcy Doty. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security extended the Real ID deadline until May 3rd, 2023. After that date, people who fly on a commercial airline or enter a federal building where they have to show ID will be required to have the enhanced identification.
