So, where does Joe go?  At DiFebo’s Restaurant (12 N. 1st St., Rehoboth Beach; 226-4550), the Bidens enjoy traditional recipes the Delaware staple is known for, like authentic pasta dishes and gravy. “They’re very family–oriented,” says owner Lisa DiFebo, noting that when Joe was vice president, he’d make trips to the beach just to pick up her father’s famous red sauce.
