Das Beziehungsleben vier junger Frauen in New York fasziniert Anfang der 2000er Jahre ein weltweites Fernsehpublikum. Nun kehren Carrie, Miranda und Charlotte in einem Spin-Off zu Sex and the City zurück. Mit im Gepäck sind eine Menge neue Gesichter.
Seit Kurzem laufen in New York die Dreharbeiten für And Just Like That. . Der US-Streamingdienst HBO Max hat auf dem offiziellen Instagram-Account des Sex and the City -Spin-offs nun vier weitere Darsteller angekündigt, die in der Serie neben den damaligen Hauptdarstellerinnen Sarah Jessica Parker (Carrie Bradshaw), Kristin Davis (Charlotte York) und Cynthia Nixon (Miranda Hobbes) zu sehen sein werden. Neu im Cast sind die 25-jährige Cathy Ang, die Lily Goldenblatt spielen wird und Alexa Swinton als Rose Goldenblatt. Niall Cunningham wird den Brady Hobbes geben und die 19-jäjrige Cree Cicchino verkörpert Luisa Torres.

Fans went crazy on social media when reports said that the script of the reboot leaked. Although there are reports of this leaked script, Hollywood.com will not share any information that has not been confirmed.

And Just Like That will follow “Carrie, Miranda, and Charlotte as they navigate the journey from the complicated reality of life and friendship in their 30s to the even more complicated reality of life and friendship in their 50s.”
Sarah Jessica Parker tells
Vanity Fair that it will “obviously be part of the storyline because that’s the city [these characters] live in. And how has that changed relationships once friends disappear?”
