CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WWBT) - A roadway in Chesterfield flooded after rain fell on Wednesday.
Otterdale Road was closed for several hours due to high water, officials said. However, the roadway has since reopened.
The closure was between Duval Road and Westerleigh Parkway.
