It s celebrating $30 million invested in the new Marriott Courtyard Hotel, restaurant, Pearl Apartments, Old Town Bagels and Streetscape project. The public is invited to attend. That groundbreaking event comes on the heels of a similar happening at the site of the new Owatonna High School in early May.
