Tri-County Humane Society Pet Patrol: Mittens and Roy

A Dog Named Roy, This Week s Adoptable Pet

TCHS Meet Roy! This handsome pooch came to TCHS with his sister Julie due to the health of their owner. Roy was brought to us by a family member, so we have limited information on his history and personality. It is unknown how Roy does with children or cats, but we do know he is dog selective and can be dominant with other dogs. He gets along okay with his buddy Julie as long as they have their own space. If being adopted into a home with other canines, a meet and greet with the residents dog must be arranged at the shelter first. It is recommended Roy does not go to a home with any young children due to his size and rowdy energy.

Can You Give Bruiser A Home? This morning we talked to Kate from the Tri County Humane Society about a one year old pup named bruiser, that is currently up for adoption at Tri County Humane Society. Being a true dog lover, I can t understand why anyone would not have a dog in the house, if they could. TCHS Meet Bruiser! This lovable guy arrived as a stray, so nothing is known about his history Friendly and outgoing with shelter staff. Enjoys attention and scratches. High energy guy who would benefit from plenty of exercise for the mind and body. Unknown if he s been around other pets or children.

Arya aka Peanut Is Up For Adoption This Week

Arya aka Peanut Is Up For Adoption This Week Once again, we had the great pleasure of talking to Kate from Tri County Humane Society this morning on the morning show.  Kate does a great job of finding homes and families for the pets in her care. Although, and it s a good thing, they are kind of low on adoptable pets there are still some available. Dog? Cat? Critter? Bird? What ever you are looking for as a pet, Tri County Humane Society might just be able to help. TCHS Say hello to Arya aka Peanut! Came to TCHS due to her previous owners no longer being able to care for her. Was described as a very sweet and loving cat. Has done well around other cats previously but may take some time to acclimate to new feline friends . Has done well with children in the past.
