The energy and services company has been on site in Lower Falinge since March 2020 to deliver 55 new houses and low-rise apartments for Rochdale Boroughwide Housing (RBH) as well as new community green space. These homes are a key part of a wider RBH plan to deliver new homes in Rochdale town centre.

These innovative schemes typically create quieter streets for residents to chat and for children to play, as well as making trips to schools and the shops safer.
