Sawa: Well, yeah it’s been a long eight months of quarantining and just I’m about to do my first film since this whole thing happened in a couple of weeks if all goes well. I’m very super excited. I’m like, on lockdown so that I’m not the one that shuts the production down. Other than that, everything’s good. Everything’s golden.

He was project manager for two of Boston’s biggest nightlife venues: the glamorous North End meets North Shore Italian eatery Fratelli in the Encore Boston Harbor Casino; and the Big Night Entertainment triple-venue complex in the Hub on Causeway that includes (celebrity chef Guy Fieri’s) Guy’s Tequila Cochina, studio B, and the Big Night Live music venue. It was also the year the Shrewsbury native decided to go it alone and open his own restaurant. Last December, he signed the lease for his very own restaurant, to be called Source, a farm-to-table pizza restaurant housed in the charming historic building in Harvard Square that was Cambridge’s first firehouse, Cambridge One.

Since my parents inexplicably failed to instill in me a love for killing at an early age, I ve never gone hunting. But I can imagine that it takes a lot of patience and exactitude before achieving the satisfaction of the final result. Shawn Linden s new thriller Hunter Hunter is a lot like that.
