北市「你上工我加薪2萬」　175家企業加入已逾6000工作機會

地方中心／台北報導 北市勞動局已推出的「『你上工，我加薪！』千人上工加2萬專案」，線上投遞履歷開放至8月15日截止，企業同在此時間前僱用勞工，才可請領即時進用獎勵金最高補助1萬5000元。勞工就業滿3個月，北市府再給予防疫就業加給，全職可領最高補助2萬元、兼職最高1萬元。 陳信瑜表示，自6月10日推出起，從111家企業、5559個工作機會，短短2周內成長爆棚，截至目前統計有175家廠商、6644個工作機會，工作機會數再破千、增長2成，企業家數成長率也高達6成，職缺也將日日更新，並強調參與的優質企業，無減班休息、大量解僱、重大勞資爭議等問題，勞動局持續為民眾作第一線把關。 陳信瑜說，此次專案與優質企業相輔相成，給予勞工眾多工作機會，許多企業在近期調整人力分配、工作模式，連帶影響各產業所釋職缺，又以電商崛

誤信非法仲介聘非法移工 勞動局：雇主最高恐罰75萬 - 財經

常發生民眾因親屬需照顧，在未仔細查核身分的情況下，不慎誤信非法仲介，聘僱非法外籍移工，北市勞動局長陳信瑜提醒，一旦聘僱非法外籍移工，將違反《就業服務法》規定，恐面臨15萬元以上、75萬元以下鉅額罰鍰，提醒民眾話術陷阱多，聘僱前務必謹慎，以免受罰。 陳信瑜說，疫情期間，移工入境受管制，缺工情形嚴重，導致許多非法仲介出沒，民眾透過自行上網搜尋、他人介紹、非法仲介主動發放名片，或將名片放置各大醫院，供民眾自行拿取，且標榜「一通電話，立即上工」、「政府立案，開立收據」，利用話術技巧，使民眾深信，進而疏於查證，遭受騙上當。 陳信瑜指出，我國聘用外籍移工原則上採申請許可制，需檢送合格文件，向勞動部申請聘雇許可函，才可聘僱移工，非法仲介會利用雇主急需用人的心態，標榜「一通電話，
