Updates as the trial of two brothers accused of murdering Michael Rainsford continues this Tuesday. The 20-year-old died on April 7 last year after he was shot at his home in Harrington Road, Litherland. Michael Foy, 22, and James Foy, 19, both of Rossini Street in Seaforth deny killing him, the possession of a prohibited firearm and possession of ammunition without a certificate.
James Foy also denies possessing a prohibited firearm in 2019.
