Billings police seek public s help in identifying murder suspect By: Q2 News and last updated 2020-12-10 15:17:02-05 BILLINGS - The Billings Police Department is seeking the public s help in identifying a suspect in the death of a man shot outside a church. Manuel J. Martinez, 30, was shot multiple times on Nov. 30 at about 8:50 p.m. outside the Evangelical United Methodist Church near the corner of Broadwater Avenue and Fourth Street West. The shooting was reported after a motorists told police he drove over the body as it was lying in the road. Police said they do not believe the driver was involved in the shooting.
