Alabama troopers said the wreck happened late Tuesday night in Lamar County.

HAMILTON, Ala. (WTVA) - Troopers said an elderly man from Hamilton, Alabama, died after his car crashed late Tuesday night.
Alabama Senior Trooper Gregory Corble said the wreck happened at approximately 11:20 on Lamar County Road 35, about seven miles north of Sulligent.
Corble identified the victim as Arthur Webb, 81.
It appeared Webb drove off the road and his car struck a tree. His car then overturned and struck a second, unoccupied car parked nearby.
Webb died at the scene of the crash.

The Alabama Department of Environmental Management (“ADEM”) and US Ecology Sulligent, Inc. (“US Ecology”) entered into a March 24th Consent Order (“CO”) addressing an alleged violation of provisions of the ADEM Administrative Code related to hazardous waste. See CO No. 21-XXX-CHW.
US Ecology is stated to operate a commercial hazardous waste treatment and storage facility (“Facility”) in Lamar County, Alabama.
The Facility is stated to operate under a Alabama Hazardous Waste Management and Minimization Act (“AHWMMA”) permit. As a result of its operations, it is stated to be classified as a hazardous waste treatment and storage facility. It is also stated to constitute a large quantity generator of hazardous waste.
