Subscriber only The man once romantically linked to Deborah Hutton allegedly terrified a victim so badly during a home invasion that she hid with a laptop and sent an SOS message: Send help to the house now. While Andrew Peter Marsh was in a drunken rage on the bottom floor of the Bondi home on December 14, the victim was hiding upstairs and sent six panicked messages begging for help, police allege in court documents tendered to Waverley Local Court this week.
9News understands an armed man remains inside a Crown Street house after three people were previously arrested, however this is yet to be confirmed by NSW Police.
The reports come as officers remain surrounding the house, heard yelling to someone inside. If anyone is inside, this is police, for your safety follow my instructions, exit the house down the stairs with nothing in your hands, follow instructions of police, an officer at the scene said.

After a tip off, officers from the Australian Border Force (ABF) examined a consignment which arrived in Sydney from the U.K. on Christmas Day.
The officers noticed inconsistencies in the air cargo and found 4.5kg of clear liquid in wine bottles when unpacking it.
Forensic tests revealed the liquid was MDMA – estimated to have a potential street value of $675,000.

An off-duty police officer has been charged with drink-driving in Sydney’s CBD.
About 7.10am today (Thursday 31 December 2020), officers from Surry Hills Traffic and Highway Patrol were conducting stationary drug and alcohol testing on the Bradfield Highway, Millers Point, when they stopped a vehicle travelling north.
The driver, a 49-year-old senior constable attached to a specialist command, was breath tested and returned a positive reading.
He was arrested and taken to Surry Hills Police Station where a breath analysis returned an alleged reading of 0.080.
A Court Attendance Notice was served for drive with middle range PCA and his licence was suspended.
