The group, led by Opua-based OutFit North personal trainer Nadine Amsler, hiked numerous walking tracks around the country, including many in Paihia, Kerikeri, Russell and Cape Reinga, for this year s Classic Builders 90 More Miles Challenge. The event, held throughout March, raised money for the Kind Hands respite care cottage, which offers respite care for children aged under six who have a disability or are medically fragile. Participants run, walk or skip the equivalent of Ninety Mile Beach anywhere they wish. Amsler s team clocked up 2653km,

Chinese PV Industry Brief: Longi expands into hydrogen, Eging PV secures 280 MW order Monocrystalline module manufacturer Longi is venturing into new territory but missed out to its rival on two big panel orders from a state-owned power company.Module manufacturer Longi has set up Longi Hydrogen Technology Co Ltd, a new unit aimed at expanding the group s activities into the green hydrogen business. Longi chairman and president Li Zhenguo will also chair the new company and act as general manager. China Southern Power Grid has revealed module maker Eging PV secured the order from its first solar panel procurement process of the year. Eging was selected as a preferred supplier .
