Transfer News: Manchester United emerge as frontrunners in Moises Caicedo chase
Manchester United are in pole position to secure the services of Independiente del Valle’s rising star Moises Caicedo, who is likely to cost around €5 million.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Manchester United have made great strides in their pursuit of Moises Caicedo. The club has been in contact with the player’s agents and shouldn’t have too many problems in wrapping up personal terms, although they are yet to decide whether they should sign the youngster.
However, United are in control of the negotiations with Caicedo expected to cost in the region of €5 million. They could also offer a five-year deal for the midfielder, who should join the club in the upcoming January transfer window if the deal gets finalised.
