Summa Silver Corp. ( Summa or the Company ) (TSXV: SSVR) (OTCQB: SSVRF) (Frankfurt:48X) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement financing of Units of the Company (the Units ) at a price of $1.00 per Unit (the Offering ) for gross proceeds of $8,000,000. Eventus Capital Corp. and Mackie Research Capital Corporation have been appointed as finders in connection with the Offering.
Each Unit will be comprised of one common share of the Company (a Common Share ) and one-half of one Common Share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a Warrant ). Wesdome Gold Mines (TSX: WDO), to acquire the 143-sq.-km Moss Lake gold project, 100 km west of Thunder Bay, for an estimated total consideration of about $57 million.
After Goldshore completes the reverse takeover of Sierra Madre, the combined company plans to change its name to Goldshore Resources and list on the TSX Venture under the ticker GSHR as a new Canadian gold developer.
