A cop from Dallas, Texas has filed a lawsuit against a number of individuals he feels is directly responsible for inciting a number of attacks on law enforcement across the nation. He’s sick of the cops being gunned down and murdered. Targeted outright. Much like what BLM claims is happening to them, yet lacking in the proof. Speaking of Black Lives Matter, they are one of the groups being sued…and for all the right reasons.
Sgt. Demetrick Pennie, who is a 17-year veteran of the Dallas Police Department, filed a civil complaint in federal court on Friday, Sept. 16th against the Black Lives Matter movement as well as a bunch of other political figures that have taken advantage of the turmoil and escalated it.

Laura Loomer’s “shadow banning” lawsuit against a slew of social media companies. The case was previously dismissed at both the district and circuit court levels, chiefly because social media platforms cannot violate the First Amendment because they are not governmental actors.
The case dates back to 2018, when Loomer and the Klayman-led right-wing legal nonprofit group Freedom Watch sued Google, Facebook, Twitter and Apple over allegations that the platforms had violated the First Amendment, the Sherman Antitrust Act and the District of Columbia Human Rights Act.

MANHATTAN (CN) Over two years after he embarrassed Roy Moore in a prank interview featuring a purported pedophile-detection wand, Sacha Baron Cohen will have to sit for an hour of questioning in the former Alabama judge’s defamation case.
Moore seeks $95 million in damages after making an unwitting guest appearance on Cohen’s satirical Showtime series “Who Is America?”
