Nik Wallenda To Walk High Wire Over Buffalo College One of the world s most famous dare devils is about to return to Western New York for a grand opening event! In a news release from D Youville College, it was announced that as a part of the grand opening of the Health Professions Hub, Nik Wallenda will trek over the campus on Thursday June 17th. According to the report, Wallenda, known as “King of the High Wire,” is an American acrobat, aerialist, daredevil, high wire artist, and author. He is best known as the first person to walk an international wire over Niagara Falls on June 15, 2012, almost nine years to the day of the D’Youville event.
