The Ohio River reached a moderate flood stage Wednesday night and should start receding later Thursday, according to the National Weather Service.
As of 10 a.m., the Ohio River was at 56.76 feet. Early Thursday morning the National Weather Service said the Cincinnati forecast is coming in slightly higher than initially expected.
