Euro Manganese Inc (ASX:EMN)(CVE:EMN)(OTCMKTS:EUMNF)(FRA:E06) continues to make strong progress with pre-development activities at the proposed Chvaletice Manganese Project following the closing the second tranche of an oversubscribed private placement of A$30 million earlier this month.
The project is designed to produce high-purity manganese products by reprocessing manganese-rich tailings from a decommissioned mine, 90 kilometres east of Prague in the Czech Republic at the heart of Europe.
EMN remains on track with the permitting process, demonstration plant, feasibility study and commercial negotiations.
EMN Czech operation managing director Jan Votava said: The project has received all necessary regulatory, permitting and tenure approvals to date in an expeditious way.

Agrimin Limited (ASX:AMN) has signed a binding offtake agreement with Sinochem Fertilizer Macao Limited for the annual supply of 150,000 tonnes of sulphate of potash (SOP) produced from the Mackay Potash Project for sale and distribution in China.
Sinochem Fertilizer Macao is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinofert Holdings Limited, which is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX:00297) and whose controlling shareholder is China National Chemical Corporation Limited, a Chinese state-owned enterprise.
China is the world s largest SOP market and currently accounts for more than half of all global SOP demand.
Sinofert is the country s largest crop nutrition company and plays a pivotal role in liaising with global potash suppliers to ensure uninterrupted potash supply.

Surefire Resources NL (ASX:SRN)(FRA:GBL) has started a high-grade iron-ore production study on the Perenjori Iron Ore Project, near the town of Perenjori in the southwest Murchison Province of Western Australia.
The study will be completed by MinRizon Projects Pty Ltd, based on the previous (JORC 2004) inferred mineral resource estimate by CSA Global of 191.7 million tonnes at 36.6% iron, released by Quest Minerals Ltd in 2013 and will build upon the Scoping Study completed by Mintrex Pty Ltd.
Metallurgical test work indicated that the magnetite ore could be upgraded to close to 70% iron with standard magnetite beneficiation techniques, and with a significant portion of the orebody achieving around 85% iron yield.
