(WLBT) - A Mississippi court issues summonses in the state’s lawsuit against the People’s Republic of China. The case was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi. On December 9, the court issued summonses to the People’s Republic of China, the Communist Party of China, the National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China, China’s Ministry of Emergency Management, its Ministry of Civil Affairs, the government of the Hubei Province, and the government of Wuhan City.
