Speaking to The Seattle Times, Echohawk’s work with housing-vulnerable people in the expensive tech hub of Seattle informs her policy priorities.
“We have to build housing, we have to find truly affordable ways to get housing into our city,” she said. This comes in the form of reallocating tax revenue. Her work with the National Coalition to End Urban Indigenous Homelessness helped Washington’s King County reform its data collection on homelessness in 2019, revealing more Indigenous people who struggled to find affordable housing.

Senator John Kennedy stopped-by ‘Hannity’ Tuesday night to weigh-in on Speaker Pelosi’s latest stimulus package; calling the $3 trillion proposal “dead as fried chicken” when it reaches the Senate.
“Senator, I don’t want anyone else to die. I don’t want anyone else to get sick. But we did learn from workers that didn’t get sick, they wore masks and gloves,” said Hannity.
“None of us want anyone to die. I don’t think any of us want to see permanent damage done to our economy,” said Sen. Kennedy. “That’s why I’m so disappointed in Speaker Pelosi’s bill… It’s not a serious effort to legislate. It’s dead as fried chicken in the Senate.”

Gondola…… Far less costly and can be completed in a few years. I’ve been on the gondola system in La Paz Bolivia. It was fantastic. A gondola arrived every 15 seconds capable of carrying 10 people. It covered the entire City. The views were spectacular. We wouldn’t need a second bridge either.
