On Wednesday at Beaver Creek, Jonathan Boblitt was a man on a mission.
“He always said a good day of skiing is when he could get it down to 10 cents a run,” Boblitt said following the feat at Beaver Creek. “That may no longer be possible, but I did my best.”
The route
Growing up skiing on the East Coast before moving to Texas, Jonathan Boblitt is currently taking advantage of being able to work from anywhere. After spending a couple of weeks in Eagle County, he’s off to Breckenridge for a couple of weeks.

Entry into the Red Tail (Vernon Peak) and South lodges will be restricted to those making food and beverage purchases or accessing other services such as rentals. Masks and face coverings will also be required at all times except when eating. We re making a number of dining and seating options available outside for guests, so there ll be fire pits available around the resort where you ll be able to sit outside and eat, Reynolds said. We re also bringing in food trucks and trying to take as many of the things you would normally do indoors and move them outdoors.
Located 47 miles from the George Washington Bridge, Mountain Creek is easily accessible from most areas of New Jersey, New York and eastern Pennsylvania. The resort s amenities include over 167 acres of winter trails including the region’s highest vertical drop at more than 1,000 feet.
